Katherine Jackson´s going to appeal?

Good evening, my friends! :)

Just read that Katherine Jackson wants to appeal and fight the current jury decision.
AEG is held responsible for hiring Dr. Murray but the jurors don´t think, the company is also responsible for Dr. Murray´s actions which caused the patient´s death. No responsibility on that matter, no money for the Jackson family. So far, so good.....am I the only one who thinks, now it´s really all about money....and just money?
During two trials - the criminal trial against Dr. Murray and the civil trial against AEG - MJ´s private life was turned inside out, his name was dragged through the mud, every little thing was brought to light and Mrs. Jackson still argues, she wants to know the truth and what really happened before and on June 25, 2009, maybe afterwards????
If a judge would rule that another civil trial could come into question, the same witnesses would be called, so what should change then? The latest trial was all over the news, each detail was teared into pieces, the jury´s decision was discussed over and over again....is there really any chance that a new trial and a new jury form would make a change? I highly doubt that!

The only person who could maybe be able to bring some light into the darkness, is Dr. Murray but he still refuses to speak let alone taking the stand. Interestingly neither AEG´s attorneys nor Mrs. Jackson´s lawyers tried to get him to testify. Shouldn´t we ask, what are they afraid of? What could Dr. Murray know that scares them so much?
If I were in Mrs. Jackson´s spot and would tell anybody that I want to know the truth, I´d try everything to reach my goal, even speaking with the man who killed my son to get clearance, at least it would be worth a try. But......

I can´t help it but all this yadda yadda yadda about "da troot" and nothing but "da troot" annoys me, really! As for me, a retry of the trial, even an appeal, has a lifeless smack of avarice.
It seems, Mrs. Jackson is not well-adviced to trust her attorney´s guidance to fight AEG again because no positive jury decision in favor of the Jackson family means no money again and no money for her lawyers either.
If I´d be vicious, I´d assume that those only have their own benefit in mind to win the case to finally get payed but who´d imply evil when millions of $$ are at stake?!?!
Nevertheless, if an appeal or another trial would guarantee new realizings, I´m the first to apology for my actual opinion....but as you know, there´s no such thing as a guaranty. ;)

Katherine Jackson vs. AEG

The trial´s still ongoing, lots and lots of witnesses testified and it seems, it´s not coming to an end soon.
Now the judge dismissed Randy Phillips and Paul Gongaware as defendants and I´m curious to learn about the background. Her ruling came as a surprise, at least for me. Who´ll be the defendant now? AEG the company without anybody in charge?
Dr. Conrad Murray is sitting behind bars, waiting to be released soon after he served half of his sentence in jail. He´s the one who could finally answer the question, who hired him but noone is willing to call him to the stand to clear that up. It´s ridiculous!

Thousands of $$ are spent to make this trial happen, expensive attorneys are paid to demonstrate both sides but they are kinda dancing around the main question, so we need to ask....what´s the purpose of this second-rate theater?

We heard a lot about MJ as a person in this trial, he was portrayed as a strong personality, a drug addict, a lazy person, a physically ill man, a healthy person with a lot of strength and the will to make this comeback amazing.
Who to believe now? Personally I hoped to learn more about MJ but it´s the opposite, I´m more confused than I was before, how about you?

My mind´s running in circles, I try to remember all the things I´ve heard and read during the last years but it´s almost impossible to get a clear picture. It started with the LAPD´s and the Coroner´s really sloppy investigative work which started on June 25, 2009. From then on, nothing really made sense to me.
There´s so many people who were involved in MJ´s life and business affairs, one of them even committed officially suicide kinda "out of the blue" without leaving an explanation. There´s just a farewell letter, he expressed his love for his wife and daughters and was also seeking for forgiveness for his decision to leave this life. Does this sound as weird to you as it sounds to me?

I think, I´ll need a lot of time to get all this straight but I highly doubt that I´ll come to a conclusion....ever!

tonight I decided to leave the twitter world for good. As for me, is not the twitter I know from former times, it´s more like a useless debate over meaningless topics.
I posted my opinion about MJ fakes, one in particular, some days ago and expressed my displeasure about those who´re constantly fighting those freaks. Those dudes just creeped out from under their rock to fool fans but honestly, who cares? Those who believe in them won´t change their mind because of those who tell them, they´re wrong. And the others, who´re fighting the fakes, won´t be convinced, the guy could be MJ. It´s simply a waste of time and energy.

I´m so damn tired of all that stuff, I´ve spent more than four years dealing with the "MJ topic", I seriously need a break. I´ll go on with my real life, it´s way more interesting and expletive than the virtual world.
I´ll make a last video because I don´t want to leave my very good friend Kittycat10100 out in the rain, it´s her research and I´d never want to disappoint her. This lady has a very sharp mind and I adore her way of dealing with things and tearing them into pieces. She´s a wonderful dialog partner and I enjoyed every single discussion we had as yet.

Hello, my friends......

long time no blogpost from me, I apologize.
Had a hard time the last weeks but slowly I´m back to my "old fashioned way". ;)

I spent some time to browse the internet to find out if there´s any news about our beloved MJ but the longer this drama lasts, the more ridiculous the news became.
I had to laugh about a recent interview of the "Jackson 4", unfortunately I forgot the source. If I got it right, one brother started to cry during the interview and Jermaine fell on his knees in an attempt to comfort him.....what a show! As for me, it´s simply Mickey Mouse, no more, no less.

Did you ever watch parts of the "Unity Tour" on youtube? I did and I have no words. My ears and eyes kinda felt sore because of the brother´s performance.
Yeah, I sound mean but honestly, what the Jackson´s presented on stage was nothing more than a pathetic attempt to tie in with their former success in the 1980's when MJ was still with them on stage....what makes it even more clear who´s the star and god given talent in this family.

I think, I´ll plunge into the "MJ topic" again and see where this will lead me. ;)
