I didn´t post for a long time, was kinda trapped in my daily soap opera called "The people vs. Conrad Robert Murray". ;)
Now that the trial is over and Dr. Murray´s interviews, statements and documentary was aired, I´ve read a lot of judgemental and bad things concerning him. And all point to one and the same issue, no matter what he has to say, nothing he has to tell the world would sound like "da troot", because he´s convicted of involuntary manslaughter and he´s the "fall guy". He MUST be a liar, bad inside and outside, telling lies whenever he opens his mouth.....words like "scumbag", "full of shit and greed" and many more words were added to his name, even before the trial began and this didn´t stop as yet. It´s the opposite, it´s getting worse every day.
All those, who´re judging Dr. Murray big time, should not forget....there were two persons in the particular bedroom on June 25, 2009, one was MJ, the second one was Dr. Murray. One of them is "allegedly dead", the other one´s telling his side of the story. All the conversations he had with MJ about private issues and medical facts most likely took place without witnesses or "sources", now he´s telling his story from his very personal point of view. And for that, he´s shot down in flames....because he dares to paint a picture of MJ as a normal human being with needs, fears and anger.
Lots of people do think, MJ is kinda unfailing, never able to make just a tiny little mistake.
Comments like "MJ would never say this" or "MJ would never do that" clearly show one thing to me.....there are people who don´t allow MJ being just human. They prefer to make a saint out of him, who´s just consituted of pure love for each and everyone, always forgiving, never cursing, just holy.....poor guy!
Ever thought about MJ being a real man? A man who loved to look at women´s butts? A man who had sex with women not just in a relationship? "She jumped my bones" is not my wording, I´m just referring to his very own words. And I hope, he had fun!
He´s a prankster, he loves to play games, he´s "going to shock the world"!
And don´t forget, behind this lovely face is a strong business man, not just a "Mr. Nice Guy"!
I´d give him credit for way more than being all about love.
Those who think, they´d know him so well I´d like to ask.....did you ever have a drink with him? Did you share personal experiences with him? Did you talk face to face with him, even for just a few minutes? No?
How could you make such statements like "he´d not do" or "he´d say" without having shared just the same room, huh?
I´m not going to take part in this ridiculous game, I prefer to look at things from different angles to find out, what´s behind a story. And I´d urge some of the so called "strong fans", who pretend to love MJ more than anything but condemn Dr. Murray to the hell and back....follow HIS example and try to be "Mike-like", whatever this mean to you! Remember to always think twice!

Testimonies and nothing?
Good morning, my friends!
After I´ve watched almost every testimony from the "People vs. Conrad Murray" trial, I ask myself, are they kidding me???
More than two years after June 25, 2009, and we hear new versions of this day´s events from each of the witnesses.
Faheem Muhammed told us, he´d brought Prince and Paris out of MJ´s bedroom to prevent them from seeing their father in that bad condition.....Alberto Alvarez did the same.....?????.....and Kai Chase just remembered to have sent Prince upstairs, saw him "approaching Dr. Murray on the stairs". And right after this, she was on the 1st floor, praying together with all the kids.....?!
I´d have expected both the prosecution and the defense to question these testimonies to clear up what really happened but instead, both are nit-picking on unimportant details.
Yesterday Kai Chase was called to the witness stand. The prosecution, in person Miss Deborah Brazil, asked her lots of questions about her profession and if timing is important for her, repeatedly. Now we´re very well informed that it´s absolutely necessary to take care of food to prevent it from getting scorched!
Asked for Dr. Murray´s emotional state when he came down the back stairs into the kitchen, she said "he looked frantic, panicked" and he told her "get help, get security, get Prince"....and all she did was to send Prince to him. Her motivation? Prince was the "human" who was nearest to the scene.....then she returned into the kitchen to continue preparing lunch. Shortly after that, she noticed that "the energy in the house has altered to the worse and housekeepers were crying....we all formed a circle and start praying" ...including the three kids!
She missed to call security, she missed to call for help and said, she´d have been aware that an emergency situation may have existed but didn´t think of an urgent one concerning Mr. Jackson although it was just him and the kids, who were allowed to stay upstairs.....and the kids were downstairs.....?!
EXCUSE ME????
As for me, Kai Chase messed up big time! And I´ve learned, in case of emergency it´s better to not have her around, otherwise you´re lost!
Today it´s the paramedics Richard Senneff and Martin Blunt, who´re called to the witness stand. Let´s see if they´ll be able to establish clarity!

The Dr. Murray trial...
Good morning, my friends,
and here we go again, the trial is about to start today, the jury selection is the first step to make the trial possible. I´ve read, about 420 potential jurors will be in court to answer to the questionnaire which is about 100 questions long and which contains questions about personal drug use, knowledge about sedatives and diseases contibuted to drug addiction.
You don´t need to be a prophet to realize that it´ll be hard to find jurors who´re able to arrive at a verdict in an unbiased way.
Judge Michael E. Pastor and an appeal court decided not to sequester the jurors during the trial, so it´s all up in the air....or is it better to say, let the media hunt begin?!
There are so called "journalists" who´ll report from the courtroom for sure. Remember these women?
I´m sure, I don´t need to mention the names.....
Both are wellknown to be inciting, unfair, bigoted and resistant to advice. Those properties won´t help the reader/viewer to form an objective view on the things happening inside the courtroom.
Diane Dimond is still of the opinion, MJ is a child molester who admittedly left the courtroom a free man in 2005 but nevertheless is guilty of all counts he was accused of.
She doubts that MJ´s three children are really his own flesh and blood and she doesn´t get tired to claim, MJ was a serious drug addict.
Nancy Grace isn´t any better!
The defense team should base their strategy on the assumption, MJ should have ingested the lethal dose of Propofol orally while Dr. Murray was outside his bedroom. Additionally, they wanted to call Dr. Klein to the stand to prove, he made MJ seriously addicted to painkillers like Demerol.
Now a LA judge ruled that Dr. Arnold Klein does not have to take the witness stand which forces Dr. Murray to take the stand to speak for himself.
Beside the fact that absolutely nothing from the autopsy report points to the fact, that MJ was addicted to drugs (healthy liver and kidneys), the defense kinda lost one of their most important witnesses for their alleged strategy.
The prosecution made a request that a study on 6 students from Chile, who swallowed Propofol without any effect, should be approved in court. On top of that, they want to summon Dr. Steven Shafer to the witness stand, an anesthesiologist from New York, who should testify, Dr. Murray should have negelcted any kind of medical standard care.
Didn´t they find an anesthesiologist from California who´s willing to testify??? How could someone out-of-state comment on Dr. Murray´s alleged misdemeanor although they weren´t involved in the case in any way??? It´s like making a "telediagnosis".
And what´s up with that alleged study of students from Chile???? Are there no other studies from the US available??? Or do they want us to believe, they don´t know how Propofol reacts when it would be swallowed and nobody ever tested it???
With this requirements, Dr. Murray should take the stand to defend himself? It seems like he would figuratively commit suicide, he may as well pack it all in, and the media will hand him the rope over.
In all honesty, to me it sounds like the realization of a weird script where nothing adds up at all. I´d go so far to say, we´re now observers of the "Greatest Show on Earth"! ;)

Randy Jackson and his Q&A hour on twitter....
Hello, my friends,
I´m sure, some of you witnessed the "game" yesterday on twitter when Randy promised to give answers to fan´s questions.
As assumed it turned out to be....nothing but spiteful allegations against John Branca, Frank DiLeo, AEG and others. Formulations like "there´s more behind it" may sound mysterious but in all honesty, didn´t we hear that already from other members of the Jackson family over and over again?
In Germany we say..."Butter bei die Fische"....which means..."put up or shut up!"....however, I certainly missed real answers from Randy, instead I learned that his a$$ was shot by Tina Turner ages ago. And I swear, that´s something I never ever wanted to know..... Ö_ö
MJ´s will should be more than false that Randy didn´t know "where to start". Asked why nobody took legal action against it right in time he said, the family was in a state of shock and not able to react properly.
No sober-headed lawyer around to represent the family´s interests if Randy´s statement would turn out to be true? Hard to believe, at least for me!
LaToya published her book "Starting over" about parts of her life and MJ, Jermaine is about to publish a book about MJ, the brothers are going to "re-unite" to make music together to keep MJ´s legacy alive, most of the family members are present on every red carpet around the world talking about MJ and "new projects"....but all the others, like DiLeo and Branca, have a stake in making money from MJ´s famous name????
I´d like to finish with Craig Harvey´s wellknown words from the press conference on June 26, 2009...."I can´t comment on that!"

Julien´s auctions...
Hello, my friends,
I want to share an interesting experience with you, I made at Julien´s auctions when I was in LA some days ago.
You all know that the wig, which MJ allegedly wore during the O2 press conference, is going to auction on June 26. This wig was made by a wigmaker in November 2008 and was purchased by MJ´s hair stylist around this time. He paid $3700 for it. It´s well-documented by the bill of sale from November 20, 2008.

That´s the facts....and now my impression!
My first thought when I saw the wig was....wow, that wig would fit a child´s head, it´s way too small for an adult´s head! It´s really small....but MJ´s hat size is "medium", proven by some of the Fedoras which are going to auction too.
I´ve talked to a very nice security guy there and he also wondered about the wig´s size, so I´m not the only one who noticed that fact.
So.....whoever wore this wig, it´s almost impossible that it was MJ himself!

Propofol and its reactions....
First I´ld like to thank Serenity Dreams for her comment on my latest post about Propofol. :)
That gives me the go to explain the drug´s actions and interactions a bit more. I want you to know that everything I learned about Propofol is from an anesthesiologist with over 30 years of experience in this specific medical field.
As for me, information from a professional medical source, who´s dealing with Propofol every day for years, is way more reliable than "just" information from an instruction leaflet, attached to a drug.
Propofol is NOT offerend in any kind of oral form. The reason is simple, either it is broken down in the stomach or intestines or there´s no way to cross the internal borders to reach the bloodstream.
Based on Propofol´s composition (it´s an egg lecithin based emulsion) it most likely causes vomitting as soon as it gets into the stomach. If that´s not the fact and the stomach acids don´t work properly and destroy the drug (could be based on morbid changes), it will be destroyed when it gets from the stomach into the liver.
There´s no chance to ever get into the blood stream to cause the effect of sedation!
According to Dr. Murray´s defense team´s theory - that MJ swallowed Propofol, felt unconscious and died - they try to prove this by showing a pig´s reaction when it gets Propofol orally.
The significance is to prove whether or not Propofol would cause any effect by getting swallowed.....that´s the fly on the ointment. As explained before, Propofol is EFFECTLESS when used orally! So there is no way they are going to be able to prove that Propofol can be swallowed and become effective in the blood stream!
My personal opinion.....the story is just crap, or better said, some kind of distraction. ;)

What´s coming next?
Honestly, I´m not sure if it´s better to laugh or to get angry.....now Dr. Murray´s defense team wants a pig "drinking" Propofol to check out it´s reaction.
The choice to use a pig for testings may be based on the fact that a pig´s system works quite similiar to a human system and reacts almost in the same way.
If Propofol is swallowed by a human, it just causes vomitting, you could say as fast as it gets in, as fast it´s out.
I don´t know, if a pig´s reaction may be the same, but did you ever see a pig vomitting? They are "living trash cans", eating almost everything, so how could a physical reaction get evaluated and be compared to the human system?
Additional, orally ingested Propofol wouldn´t cause any effect because the stomach acids destroy the drug immidiately, there´s no way the drug could reach the blood system to cause any kind of sedation!

One of the latest reports concerning Dr. Murray was about the hot topic if he´ll take the witness stand during the upcoming trial.
He should have stated "There´s so much the world doesn´t know about MJ and June 25, 2009"....I´m quite sure, he´s very right about that! ;)
We don´t know if it´s just empty rethoric or a real announcement but hopefully the defense team will be able to prepare Dr. Murray the best way possible.
Otherwise he might be his own hangman. The prosecution still wants to prove him guilty of involuntary manslaughter and won´t omit just one small chance to get his butt.
On the other side..."Your honor, I´m an innocent man, therefore plead 'not guilty'!"
One information from the "RadarOnline" report got my attention, Dr. Murray should have said, if he won´t get the chance to tell 'da troot' during the trial, he´d give an interview afterwards, revealing almost everything and just the truth.
That reminded me of one of Jermaine´s tweets from some time ago....he said, the truth would be told after the trial, when the time is right...whatever this should mean.

against Michael Jackson, there are other allegations of abuse on Sneddon's

Gary Dunlap
In November 2003, Santa Barbara defense attorney Gary Dunlap filed a $10
million lawsuit against Tom Sneddon, accusing him of racketeering, witness
tampering, conspiracy and malicious prosecution. Earlier that year, Sneddon
had charged Dunlap with perjury, witness intimidation, filing false
documents and preparing false documents in a case that Dunlap had handled.

taping, deceiving a court and a prosecutor illegally assisting the defense
of a case," Freeman said in his complaint. "I respectfully request that the
U.S. Attorney, the California Attorney General, the Santa Barbara County
Grand Jury and the State Bar open investigations and seek whatever sanctions
are found to be warranted against Sneddon and his staff." In response to the
allegations, the SBPD's attorney Jake Stoddard said that Sneddon and his
employees are immune from legal action because they are prosecutors.
Efren Cruz
In 2001, a man named Efren Cruz filed a federal lawsuit against Santa
Barbara prosecutors accusing them of negligence and conspiracy to keep him
in prison. The lawsuit also accused District Attorney Tom Sneddon of
malicious prosecution. Cruz was incarcerated for four years after being
convicted of murder in 1997. The lawsuit claimed that prosecutors had
evidence favourable to Cruz but failed to hand it over to the defense before
the trial. After Cruz was convicted, the real murderer was caught on tape
confessing to the crime. Regardless, Santa Barbara prosecutors stood by
their conviction until the case was taken to a higher court where Cruz was
exonerated.
Thambiah Sundaram
Thambiah Sundaram's contentious relationship with Santa Barbara authorities
began when he opened a non-profit dental clinic in the county and began to
attain political status as a result. After unsuccessfully trying to have the
clinic shut down, authorities arrested Sundaram for grand theft,
impersonating a doctor and malicious mischief. His wife was also arrested
and an employee at the clinic was later charged with committing a drive-by
shooting. All three were found not guilty. Sundaram sued Sneddon and his
employees for conspiracy, false imprisonment and several civil rights
violations. He was awarded almost $300,000 in damages.
Sundaram also attended a private fundraising dinner in 1994 where Tom
Sneddon and other government officials allegedly discussed their plans to
get rid of certain individuals in Santa Barbara who owned substantial
amounts of land. Michael Jackson's property was allegedly brought up during
this meeting; Sundaram claimed that authorities wanted to acquire Neverland
for vineyards.
Slick Gardner
Slick Gardner is a horse rancher who owns 2,000 acres of land in Santa
Barbara. In 2003, Gardner was investigated for animal abuse after his
neighbours reported that some of his horses looked unhealthy. Around the
same time the allegations hit, Gardner ran for 3rd District Supervisor
against John Buttny, Steve Pappas and Brooks Firestone. Firestone - who owns
a successful winery in Santa Barbara and who also has political ties to Tom
Sneddon and former Sheriff Jim Thomas - won the election by a landslide. As
a result of the bad publicity from the animal abuse allegations, Gardner got
the least amount of votes.
While investigating Gardner for animal abuse, Santa Barbara authorities also
stumbled upon evidence of grand theft. Gardner was charged with 12 felony
counts and hired defense attorney Steve Balash to represent him in the case.
Balash later backed out of the case saying it was too complicated.
According to Gardner, Sneddon has had a grudge against him for 30 years and
is only prosecuting him out of spite. "It just seems like it's almost a
vendetta deal. These guys are going so far out of their way to do things to
me that normally wouldn't be done," Gardner said.
"The same thing that’s happening to Michael Jackson happened to me. One
day Sneddon is going to wake up with a boot up his ass with a white glove in
it, and it will be about time."
Judge Rodney Melville, the same judge who will be presiding over Michael
Jackson's trial, is also involved in Gardner's case.
Adams Bros. Farming, Inc.
In 1997, the Adams brothers purchased 268-acres of land in Orcutt and began
agricultural grading on the site. 95-acres of their land was deemed an
"environmentally sensitive wetland" by Santa Barbara authorities, which
prevented the farmers from using it.
The brothers filed a lawsuit against the County in 2000, alleging that
officials had falsely designated a portion of their land as wetland in an
attempt to jeopardize the company's financial earnings. At the request of
Santa Barbara County officials, Judge Rodney Melville dismissed the
brothers' action. The brothers took their case to an appeals court where
Melville's decision was overturned.
The Court of Appeals ruled that the County had violated the company's
constitutional right to use its land and that the County and a county
consultant had conspired to interfere with the company's income.

Emilio Sutti is a dairyman and farmer who recently filed a $10 million
lawsuit against Santa Barbara County, claiming to have been the target of a
government conspiracy to interfere with his company's profits. Sutti alleged
that Santa Barbara authorities have been targeting his family's land for
years. The battle began when Emilio's brother and business partner Ed was
sued by Santa Barbara County Planning and Development for alleged
environmental and grading ordinance violations.
After winning a partial victory in the lawsuit, Ed Sutti was arrested and
indicted for arson, witness intimidation, making terrorist threats, making
false statements to an insurer, giving false deposition and four counts of
state income tax evasion.

Nuevo Energy Company
According to an article from The Lompoc Record: “Nuevo Energy Company has
a launched a three-pronged legal attack on Santa Barbara County, claiming it
violated state environmental law in using wrong baseline data in an
environmental impact report, wasn't the correct lead agency to prepare the
report and wrongly applied mitigation measures in denying the Tranquillon
Ridge project.� Judge Rodney Melville presided over the case.
Art Montandon
Santa Maria City Attorney Art Montandon recently filed a claim against the
Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office, alleging that they falsely
accused him of bribing a defense attorney in a case that Sneddon was
prosecuting. Montandon had evidence favourable to the defense and
prosecutors tried to stop him from interfering by threatening to bring
bribery charges against him. A judge later ruled that Sneddon's office had
no right to stop Montandon's involvement in the case.
In a letter, Montandon denied any wrongdoing and lashed out at Sneddon and
his employees, saying: "Unlike (Assistant District Attorney Christie)
Stanley and current and former members of her office, I have never had my
license to practice law suspended by the State Bar, have never been
convicted of a crime, and have never been terminated from any attorney job."
At the end of his letter, Montandon said he would reveal in court: "the full
and complete story of not only the District Attorney's unprofessional
conduct, but the inappropriate conduct and motives of others working behind
the scenes to cause community conflict."
Recently, Montandon requested that the State Bar investigate Sneddon and his
office for obstruction of justice.
William Wagener
William Wagener ran for 5th District County Supervisor in 2002 and was
arrested shortly before the election. Because he was a convicted felon,
Wisconsin authorities claimed that he had no right to run for political
office. As a result, Wagener was arrested by Santa Barbara authorities.
In response, Wagener's attorney John Holland said that his client’s prior
conviction should have had no effect on his right to be a political
candidate. He also said that because the terms of Wagener's probation had
been given to the SBPD in 1998, authorities were already aware of his record
when they allowed him to run for office.
The charges against Wagener were dropped and he was released from jail.
Still, his attorney accused Sneddon's office of making sure Wagener was:
"defamed and ridiculed in the local media in order to destroy his campaign
for public office." Wagener filed a lawsuit against the city of Santa Maria,
Santa Barbara County and former Police Chief John Sterling, accusing them of
violating his civil rights.
The lawsuit alleges that Police Chief John Sterling "had actual, advance
knowledge of the plan by other defendants to falsely arrest, inaccurate and
violate (Wagener's) California and Federal civil rights." Wagener claimed
that authorities conspired against him because they wanted his opponent Joe
Centeno to win the election.
Diana Hall
According to Gary Dunlap, when a local judge refused to change her ruling in
Sneddon's favour, Sneddon brought bogus charges against her, ruined her
career and publicly humiliated her by exposing that she was a lesbian. When
it became apparent to Sneddon that this judge would be a witness in the Gary
Dunlap case, he threatened to bring more charges against her. The judge in
question is Diana Hall.
On September 29, 2003, Hall was acquitted on charges of battery but eight
months later found herself accused of violating campaign laws. On January
16th, 2004, she showed up at Michael Jackson's arraignment because she
wanted to see how Judge Rodney S. Melville handled motions. Hall told
reporters: "I'm not being treated well. This has ruined my reputation, and
I'm just not going to take it any longer."

In 2002, Santa Barbara County law enforcement groups filed a lawsuit against
Tom Sneddon for threatening the police officers' right to privacy. The
lawsuit stems from a policy which allows the District Attorney's office to
give information about police misconduct to defense attorneys at its own

aggressive DA. There are actually no files right now on any officers in
Santa Barbara. We really don't know why he did this." Future blackmail
material perhaps?
David Allen Richardson, Carina Richardson and George Beeghly
In a civil lawsuit that was settled out of court, David Allen Richardson,
Carina Richardson George Beeghly sued Sheriff Jim Thomas and several Santa
Barbara police officers for unreasonable search and seizure, false
arrest/false imprisonment, excessive force, retaliation for exercise of
speech and petition rights, conspiracy to violate civil rights, violation of
First Amendment right of association, malicious prosecution, negligence,
battery and conspiracy and other charges.

TMZ and other stories....
Good evening, my friends,
it´s been a long time since I posted something new on here. But now, the wait is over. ;)
Let´s have a look at TMZ and the articles they published the last time. I´m starting to participate in that topic because a lot of people think, TMZ is "in on the hoax"....and so do I.
Almost every article contains clues and hints about MJ being alive, whether it´s a shirt, Dr. Murray is wearing....
...or clothes, the kids are wearing...
And I´ve to admit, it´s kinda funny to analyze these little hints although I´m mostly counting on facts, not on pure speculations.
So, what do you make of the number 18 on Dr. Murray´s shirt? My first thought was...8 minus 1 is 7...MJ´s famous number. And 8 plus 1 is 9, the number of completion, both would fit the "MJ case".
I´ve watched two videos on youtube today, dealing with that topic (a special thanks to KINGDOM52 and Esprit467) and it´s said, "18" is the hebrew number for "alive", so I decided to dig a bit deeper and found the following explanation..."Chai is a symbol and word that figures prominently in Jewish culture. The Hebrew word 'hai' is related to the term of life."
And that´s the symbol for 'Chai'....
Talking about "living" related to the term of "life" reminds me of "I´m alive and I´m here forever", remember?
I´ve checked the actual collection of Aebercrombie and Finch and I didn´t find anything similiar to Dr. Murray´s shirt, so we need to assume, either it´s from a former collection or it´s made especially for him.
By the way, am I the only one, who finds it really weird, that Paris is wearing a fan/promotion shirt with her father´s face on it? I can´t help it but to me it´s kinda odd, just for a simple reason....the kids didn´t grow up with MJ, the entertainer, the musician and King of Pop but with him being just their dad.

The surveillance tapes from Holmby Hills....
Did you read the article about Judge Pastor not being "amused" at the prosecution´s request for a delay of the trial against Dr. Murray? They found fault with the defense´s "sloppy" behaviour to convey evidences. It´s normal for both parties to ask for a possible delay, when not any evidence is shared. There´s a simple reason, both parties need to be on the same level to be able to argue, act and react in a reasonable manner to avoid "surprises".
So the DA´s request is absolutely comprehensible and nothing to be worried about.
But one of judge Pastor´s statements got my attention....he ordered the DA to convey the SURVEILLANCE TAPES to the defense! The surveillance tapes? Those, which should have been available...or not? Those, its existence nobody really wanted to confirm?
So we have to assume, those tapes do exist and the DA were in possession of them but missed to hand over a copy to the defense? I´d be very interested in knowing the reason for it! What´s in evidence on the tapes, the DA wanted to prevent Dr. Murray´s legal team to see?
Honestly, would MJ allow his private bedroom being observed by cameras? I don´t think so! But hold on....he shouldn´t have "died" in his room, which should have been on the first floor of the mansion but in another room on the second floor. This statement is confirmed by Mrs. Elissa Fleak, Coroner Investigator and one of the first examinating the 'crime scene' on June 25, 2009.
So the rooms on the second floor were supposedly observed by cameras, otherwise surveillance tapes wouldn´t make any sense to be noted as evidences in court. But didn´t the bodyguards state during the preliminary hearing, that they weren´t allowed to enter the second floor because of privacy reasons?

Remember, the defense team requested the judge to mandate the examination of some vials from MJ´s rented mansion months ago, because the DA didn´t respond to their request for a long time. And now it happened, judge Pastor postponed the trial to May 9...maybe....and it should last for about 6 weeks. Just thinking, wouldn´t the trial end around June 25? ;)
So the DA´s request is absolutely comprehensible and nothing to be worried about.
But one of judge Pastor´s statements got my attention....he ordered the DA to convey the SURVEILLANCE TAPES to the defense! The surveillance tapes? Those, which should have been available...or not? Those, its existence nobody really wanted to confirm?
So we have to assume, those tapes do exist and the DA were in possession of them but missed to hand over a copy to the defense? I´d be very interested in knowing the reason for it! What´s in evidence on the tapes, the DA wanted to prevent Dr. Murray´s legal team to see?
Honestly, would MJ allow his private bedroom being observed by cameras? I don´t think so! But hold on....he shouldn´t have "died" in his room, which should have been on the first floor of the mansion but in another room on the second floor. This statement is confirmed by Mrs. Elissa Fleak, Coroner Investigator and one of the first examinating the 'crime scene' on June 25, 2009.
So the rooms on the second floor were supposedly observed by cameras, otherwise surveillance tapes wouldn´t make any sense to be noted as evidences in court. But didn´t the bodyguards state during the preliminary hearing, that they weren´t allowed to enter the second floor because of privacy reasons?

Can you believe that?
Souza, also known as Souza81 on twitter and as admin of the MJHDI forum, got an offer from a tabloid to present her/their theories publicly...for money!
Normally, I´m not interested in her or her forum, for me, it´s out of touch with the real world, but now I think, enough is enough!
On the one hand, getting paid for so called "hoax information" is disgusting, but maybe it´s only me thinking that way.
On the other hand, and that´s way more important....if she´s talking about "believer´s thoughts", presenting her own crazy forum stuff as the one and only truth and the one and only way of believer´s way of thinking....what does this make of us all, of the remaining 99% of us, who´re not getting along with her????

Enough is enough!
The last days, I´ve read many statements on twitter, which called Dr. Murray names and pre-judged him even before the trial took place.
It´s more than annoying and it makes me angry to see, that people, who claim themselves to be "real MJ fans" dare to act like the tabloids!
Dr. Murray didn´t say just one word, and everything about the alleged defense strategy is nothing more than just rumors as yet, but it´s taken as the one and only truth!
You just base your so called "knowledge" about Dr. Murray and his defense on the media´s report, so I determine, you´re not better than they are!
Do you really think, Dr. Murray´s defense team would present their strategy to the world to pass the ball to the prosecution???
And if these "sources close to the case" would be right and the defense would predicate their strategy on MJ self-administering Propofol or drinking it, it would be a chance to arouse reasonable doubts at the jury!
I said it once and I say it again, "innocent until proven guilty" is a fundamental right in the American Judicial System. You, who judge Dr. Murray now, before he had his first day in court, are doing the same, what many others did to MJ in 2005!!!
You say, how could they have judged MJ before he had his time in court....and what are you doing now???
Do you really think, calling Dr. Murray "Murderray" is more justified than MJ was called a pedophile, before he was acquitted of all counts?
None of us was there on June 25, 2009, and whatever happened in MJ´s room on that day, Dr. Murray deserves his time in court to get the chance to tell the world!

I´m annoyed of being blamed!
Good morning!
An old topic, revived again....this morning I read some current comments on one of my older videos about people in MJ´s life.
One comment implicated the declarative statement, if I´d be a real fan, I would not believe, that MJ is still alive! How could I think, he would "bribe" his family, Dr. Murray and others, JUST to fake his death?!?!
"Mike would never do that!" EXCUSE ME???? First, how dare you to call MJ "Mike", did you ever have a drink with him to be that personal??? Did he ever talked to you in private, that you´re able to estimate his attitude, his character, his intentions???? Did he???
I´d assume, he didn´t, so do me a simple favor and stop talking about him as if he´d be your best personal friend!
I´m stunned....if I understand it right, believing, that MJ is still alive and did, what he did, for a very good reason, means, NOT to be his fan....period!!! By implication you could say, understimating his normal and human side, not being an infallible angel and just all about love, means to disrespect him. Ö_ö
As for me, it´s unbelievable, that someone, who pretends to be a "real" fan, judges others because of a different opinion! They claim to be a fan, didn´t they learn anything from "Mike"???? If they think, he wouldn´t be able to fake his death, it´s fine, I can go along with it, I can accept their opinion!
But obviously they´re not willing to accept other one´s thinking!
I don´t pretend to know anything about MJ´s thoughts and I´m sure, none of us "outsiders", who didn´t talk to him personally, know, what might have happened around June 25, 2009....but some still feel the need to belittle others, to blame them, to call them names and much more!
That´s disprespectful, stupid, childish and simply not necessary!!!!
As for me, I refuse to get involved in that drama anymore! And if time will tell, that I was wrong in my belief, that MJ is still alive, I´ll be the first one to apologize, but until then, I´ll prefer to stick to facts and have a critical look behind the curtain instead of following deluded people like a sheep!

"Your honor, I´m an innocent man!"
"....therefore plead 'not guilty'!" Dr. Conrad Murray´s words from yesterday´s arraignment.
I didn´t expect anything else, do you? ;)
Today I dared to read the comment section on TMZ, where an article was published, and I´ve to admit, I was a bit shocked.
Either a comment was about MJ being a drug addict and responsible for this "death" or Dr. Murray was blamed in a horrible way, was called names like "sh*tbag" or "murderer".
Obviously, just a few people are willing or able to listen, what really happened in court, when the preliminary hearing took place. Most of the witnesses´statements contradicted each other, like "MJ was laying on the bed, he was laying on the floor, later he was laying in bed, when the paramedics arrived"...."he was cold" vs. "he was warm to the touch"...."he was dead for hours" vs. "he was revived at the UCLA, had a weak pulse and a heartbeat according to the medical records"....ever tried to revive a person, who´s dead for longer? No comment! Ö_ö
By the way, drug addiction is beginning to tell in the "garbage disposal" organs, the liver and the kidneys. Interestingly, both didn´t show any sign of distruction, they were determined to be healthy! So I´d say, the question about MJ being a drug addict, is done!
One needs to be blind to not see all the discrepancies!
I´ve noticed, people are very fast in judging without knowing the facts, and that reminds me of the terrible trial, MJ went through in 2005. The media and most of the people pre-judged him, even before his trial took place. And after he was acquitted of all counts, he´s still labeled to be a child molester. Sad, very sad! But in this case, the Dr. Murray case, it happens again!
Indifferent, if you think, MJ is dead or alive, think about it!

Dr. Murray´s preliminary hearing....

as you all know, the preliminary hearing is already over, on day 6 the prosecution decided to rest....out of the blue! 35 witnesses of the prosecution were allegedly announced to take the stand, but after hearing 20, they "closed the case" to force Judge Pastor to make his decision.
And the judge made exactly the decision, obviously nobody expected...he ordered Dr. Murray to stand the trial of involuntary manslaughter.
Half of the twitter world broke down, then the hell broke loose....and I saw people, who believed, MJ is still alive, doubting nearly everything!
Honestly, guys, did you really expect a different decision?
What did you see and notice during the hearing?
I saw witnesses, whose statements didn´t make sense in any way, and I saw a prosecution and a defense team, who didn´t ask the "right" questions....neither to clear discrepancies nor to stress their strategies!
An example....one of the paramedics stated, they´d found MJ laying on the bed, when they arrived.....Alvarez has stated, Dr. Murray and he´d have placed MJ on the floor during the 911 call....NO questions to clear that up!
And there´s way more!
Oh, and on January 25, 2011, it´s just Dr. Murray´s arraingement, it means, he´ll be officially charged with involuntary manslaughter, no more, no less. And the judge will determine, when the trial will start.

Prince Michael I. should testify in court on tuesday?

Just found an interesting article about MJ´s eldest son, Prince Michael I., who should be called a witness for Dr. Murray´s defense team to testify, MJ should have self-administered drugs long before June 25, 2009.

"Late singer Michael Jackson's eldest son Prince Michael might be asked to testify in court in his father's death case. The 13-year-old is likely to be called by defence lawyers for Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal physician, at a pre-trial hearing due to start in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Murray could be jailed for up to four years for involuntary manslaughter. He has pleaded not guilty.
Murray's lawyers claim that he gave Jackson only 25 milligrams of the anaesthetic propofol on June 25, 2009, the day he died, not the massive overdose that killed him and that the singer added more of the drug to his intravenous drip while Murray was in the bathroom.
The lawyers claim they will try to prove that Jackson had a history of "self-medicating".
"What Jackson's children may have seen in the past could be crucial to the defence. If they ever, even once, saw their father administer his own drugs, it will give veracity to Murray's claim," express.co.uk quoted a source close to the case as saying.
There's also a possibility that Jackson's other two kids Paris, 12, and Prince Michael II, 8, could be called to the witness stand.
The source said: "No one wants to put any youngster through the mill like that but what those kids may have seen could be key to whether there were precedents of Jackson self-medicating.
"The likelihood is that the eldest boy alone will be questioned under oath, with his siblings spared the ordeal of having to relive the most painful memories of their lives."
I´ve to admit, first I was laughing, 'cause the imagination of a family member being a witness for the defense is more than funny but ironic, then I thought deeper.
It´s not long ago, that it was stated, Ed Chernoff, Dr. Murray´s lawyer, wouldn´t ask just one question at the preliminary hearing on tuesday but only listen to the prosecution´s accusations, when they´ll present the case in court.
Then it was reported, the defense team would argue, that MJ was a drug addict long before he was treated by Dr. Murray, including self-administration of any kind of medicine.
Now we´ve stepped further and here´s the presentation of MJ´s eldest son to be a witness for his father´s alleged "drug abuse" in former times.
From "no questions at the preliminary hearing" to "MJ´s son should testify his father´s former drug abuse" in less than no time....that´s a really fast process..... ;)
By the way, what´s the expectation of the statement, MJ self-administered meds? As long as it´s unknown, what kind of meds he might have administered himself, there´s no proof in court, which is relevant!
Or do they expect, Prince Michael I. might know, what MJ did self-administer, just in case he really should have done anything like that?
The Autopsy Report doesn´t show any kind of organ deseases, neither the liver nor the kidneys are destroyed in any way or just show any signs, which would point to a former extensive drug abuse!
And whatever Prince Michael I. might have seen, it could be nearly everything, that MJ might have administered himself, even vitamins to stay healthy!
You see, my current statement about the article is most likely the best argument for the prosecution to prove Dr. Murray guilty....so, why should the defense use this trail, which is definately Dr. Murray´s demise?
As simple as it is, the ridicule of this alleged "strategy" just shows pure scorn for the trial against Dr. Murray in general. Or would a well payed lawyer like Ed Chernoff jeopardize his reputation? Or would Michael Flanagan, a specialist for Propofol involved cases with a good name, do so? No! But feeding the tabloids with information from so called "sources close to the case" is a stroke of genius! And who´d you think, is behind the curtain? No victim, no crime, no suspect! ;)

The Discovery Channel´s documentary is "postponed indefinitely"....
Good morning, my friends, and a very Happy New Year to each of you! :)
Welcome to 2011!
And we even got run over by the newest MJ-stories, so I´d assume, nothing has changed! ;)
Let´s talk about....
The Discovery Channel´s documentary about MJ´s alleged autopsy, which should have been aired on January 13 in Western Europe and the UK, has been "postponed indefinitely"...so far, so good....and I see fans celebrating this "event" as if it was them, who reached this goal!
Maybe I´m narrow-minded, but the statement of the Discovery Channel does NOT refer to the fans and their petitions in any way! They just refer to the estate´s request, but above all, they refer to the upcoming and ongoing court case, Dr. Murray´s preliminary hearing, which will start on tuesday, January 4!
Yes, maybe they were pressured by other media institutions, who published the estate´s letter to Discovery Channel, and that might have led them to postpone the documentary.....but it was not the fans!
As much as I like the idea of "united we´re able to make anything happen", it was not, what happened here!
Stone me, if you like, but that´s, what´s written in every article around the world!
Some of those articles are titled "Discovery Channel cancelled the autopsy show", but according to the wording of the Channel´s statement, that´s also not correct! They postponed it indefinitely, which means, they might air it at a future date!
Honestly, guys, what did you expect to see in this documentary? The opening of a body with an Y-Shape??? The opening of a person´s head to remove the brain??? Shamone!
The Discovery´s show should have been "an unofficial, fictional account of what the autopsy must have been like and its results."
So the wording of the statement.....and we already know the autopsy report and its content, so, how much more worse could the documentary have been???
As for me, the argument of "protecting MJ´s and his family´s privacy" does not count....wanna know why?
What´s more violating a person´s privacy than the whole world knowing of "his penis appeared to be uncircumsized"????

The autopsy report is nothing more than a joke and full of major errors, the documentary should have been based on this official autopsy report, to which conclusion does this lead us?

Let´s talk about....
The Discovery Channel´s documentary about MJ´s alleged autopsy, which should have been aired on January 13 in Western Europe and the UK, has been "postponed indefinitely"...so far, so good....and I see fans celebrating this "event" as if it was them, who reached this goal!
Maybe I´m narrow-minded, but the statement of the Discovery Channel does NOT refer to the fans and their petitions in any way! They just refer to the estate´s request, but above all, they refer to the upcoming and ongoing court case, Dr. Murray´s preliminary hearing, which will start on tuesday, January 4!
Yes, maybe they were pressured by other media institutions, who published the estate´s letter to Discovery Channel, and that might have led them to postpone the documentary.....but it was not the fans!
As much as I like the idea of "united we´re able to make anything happen", it was not, what happened here!
Stone me, if you like, but that´s, what´s written in every article around the world!
Some of those articles are titled "Discovery Channel cancelled the autopsy show", but according to the wording of the Channel´s statement, that´s also not correct! They postponed it indefinitely, which means, they might air it at a future date!
Honestly, guys, what did you expect to see in this documentary? The opening of a body with an Y-Shape??? The opening of a person´s head to remove the brain??? Shamone!
The Discovery´s show should have been "an unofficial, fictional account of what the autopsy must have been like and its results."
So the wording of the statement.....and we already know the autopsy report and its content, so, how much more worse could the documentary have been???
As for me, the argument of "protecting MJ´s and his family´s privacy" does not count....wanna know why?
What´s more violating a person´s privacy than the whole world knowing of "his penis appeared to be uncircumsized"????
