Thank you, Harvey Levin, you made my evening, man! :)

After Harvey Levin´s article about Teddy Riley being a beLIEver, I´ve nothing more to say than I can´t wait to practice THIS dance...."I told ya so, I told ya so"! ;)

Karen Faye....

Normally I´m not a person, who´s cursing, but today it seems to be appropriate. Miss Faye, who the f*ck do you think, you are???
You´re messing with MJ´s fans, who still believe, he´s alive, you judge them being too blind to see the truth, you blame them being nuts and stupid....and you went so far to allege, Mr. Riley must have been drunken, when he admitted, he believes, MJ is alive!
What the h*ll is wrong with you? I don´t want to believe, you´re that feeble-minded, but I think, there´s no other explanation for such a rude and reckless behaviour!
Obviously you forgot one very important fact....we are MJ´s fans, not yours!

You said, you would know more than you should, and you´re not willing to share your knowledge....honestly, Miss Faye, if you´d really know anything, you wouldn´t talk about it on twitter but to the LAPD or other investigators to clear up the deadlocked situation....but instead you made such weird statements, that you made up MJ´s face on July 6, 2009, to prepare him for the family´s open casket viewing. You and the other two guys, who should have dressed him, needed more than 9 hours to get him ready.....! Really???
Then tell me just one simple thing, how to dress someone and make up his face, when the person´s deeply frozen and would defrost during the time, you´re busy with them???
I won´t imagine the normal proceeding of decomposition, which takes place during a 9 hours long preperation.....yuk!

Obviously you might think, MJ´s fans are all stupid or brainless, but I can assure you, we´re not! You better should think twice before blaming us!
You said to someone, she´ll "die waiting for MJ´s return".....are you still able to get more nasty than that???
You´re the one, who reminded the fans of MJ´s comprehensive love for all and everyone....why aren´t you able to act that way???
To me, you´re a hypocrite, no more, no less!
You got your own little piece of 15 minutes of fame from his big and famous name, and you still don´t stop!

But one thing makes me happy, mascara from Lancome is something, everybody is able to buy in a normal drugstore or beauty shop....and so MJ isn´t reliant upon your "make up artistry"!

By the way, how did it feel to sell your "private" stories to the media/tabloids?

The number 7 theory....

I´ve to admit, I never thought much about the "number 7 theory", but last night, I had a kinda weird dream, and when I woke up, one thought was running through my mind.
I dealed with MJ´s alleged autopsy report for many, many hours, weeks and months to get some clearance, what might have happened.
My attention in the morning layed on the alleged administered dosages of the different medications, MJ should have gotten from Dr. Murray, remember the timeline?
All in all, there should have been a 10 mg tab of valium at first, then 2 mg Lorazepam IV, followed by 2 mg Midazolam IV, then another 2 mg Lorazepam IV and again 2 mg Midazolam IV....and at the end, 25 mg Propofol via "IV drip", which is not possible, but that´s another topic... ;)
Let´s count the measurements.....10 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 25 = 43......and 4 + 3 = 7..... ;)

And another little number game....25 mg Propofol on June 25......25 + 25 = 50....the age, MJ allegedly "died".....
Beside the fact, that 2 + 5 = 7.... ;)

If there´s a purpose behind the number theory, how many clues did we still overlook?

Have a great weekend everybody! :)

Teddy Riley said, he´s a beLIEver! ;)

I can´t believe it! Teddy Riley really tweeted today, that he´s a beLIEver, he thinks, MJ is ALIVE!
And as far as I know, he´s one of the first celebrities beside Akon, who confirms our faith in MJ being alive!!!
And he´s absolutely not feared about tweeting it officially...all I can say is simply.....WOW! Thank you, Mr. Riley, thank you very much!

Do you realize, what this could mean???
Is Bamsday nearer than we all think???

Teddy Riley is on Oprah´s show today, he´ll talk about MJ´s new album "Michael", and he announced, he´d clear up everything. It will be aired on december 6!

And another detail from Mr. Riley´s page got my attention tonight....he was bothered by Karen Faye, she told him, he´d make sure, he´d get his check for all his hard work with the album before talking to Oprah about the truth, and he answered...." @wingheart I don't care about a check and I know they all are watching. Truth is truth and I'm gonna call it how it is. "
What more can I say than he´s speaking directly from my heart....
Don´t those words sound familiar to you? ;)

"I told 'da troot' and I have faith, 'da troot' will prevail!" (Dr. Conrad Murray on August 18, 2009)

Go for the truth, Mr. Riley! We´re so with you! Make MJ proud of you! :)

Have a nice evening everybody! :)

Penal Code 192 (b) and legal definition...

Let´s talk about Dr. Conrad Robert Murray, the man, who should have "killed" Michael Jackson.
He´s charged with involuntary manslaughter, a crime, established in the CA Codes as "Penal Code 192 (b)".
"Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of a human being without
malice. It is of three kinds:
(b) Involuntary--in the commission of an unlawful act, not
amounting to felony; or in the commission of a lawful act which might
produce death, in an unlawful manner, or without due caution and
circumspection. This subdivision shall not apply to acts committed in
the driving of a vehicle.

Every law /Penal Code needs so called implement regulation, which complete and explain them.
The legal definition of involuntary manslaughter, according to the American law, is:
"In order for a person to be found guilty of involuntary manslaughter the government must prove that someone was killed as a result of an act by the person.
In the circumstances existing at the time, the person's act either was by its nature dangerous to human life or was done with reckless disregard for human life.
Third, the person either knew that such conduct was a threat to the lives of others or knew of circumstances that would reasonably cause the person to foresee that such conduct might be a threat to the lives of others."
Let´s analyze the legal definition....
"In order for a person to be found guilty of involuntary manslaughter the government must prove that someone was killed as a result of an act by the person."

Dr. Murray admitted in his LAPD interview the following timeline:
- 01:30 am - a tab of Valium (10 mg)
- 02:00 am - 2 mg Lorazepam (diluted) via IV
- 03:00 am - 2 mg Midazolam (diluted) via IV
- 05:00 am - 2 mg Lorazepam (diluted) via IV
- 07:30 am - 2 mg Midazolam (diluted) via IV
- 10:40 am - 25 mg Propofol, diluted with Lidocaine via IV

So we can determine, Dr. Murray admitted, he administered the named medications to MJ = proof of the injections, based on his own statement in the LAPD interview. So the government is able to prove, that MJ "died" due to those administered drugs (result of an act by a person)!

"Second, in the circumstances existing at the time, the person's act either was by its nature dangerous to human life or was done with reckless disregard for human life."
The person´s act was by its nature dangerous to human life.....a farreaching formulation. So we need to question, is giving drugs/medications in general a dangerous act? Absolutely YES, because it´s never forseeable, how a patient react to medications, so it´s not just a question of the dosage, but also of the patient´s daily condition.
And this leads us to the formulation...."in the circumstances existing at the time"......we were told different stories about MJ´s former condition. Slim, weak, frail, unhealthy was one side of the story. The other side was, that he might have been a bit slimmer than normal, but eating well, drinking healthy juices, acting in a normal way, rehearsing very well, feeling good.
But what´s more important, noone from MJ´s surrounding ever saw him taking drugs or medications, so Dr. Murray is the only one, who was "involved" in the current circumstances, the circumstances existing at the time....

Let´s continue with " the person's act either was by its nature dangerous to human life"......
We determined, that administering drugs is ALWAYS dangerous by its nature, but here it depends on the administered dosage, if it was high enough or measured in a wrong way to cause a patient´s death.
In this case it should be about both the dosage and the assumed interaction of Benzodiazepines and Propofol.
There must be the exact proof, that the dosage of Propofol was lethal, because the AR named the Benzodiazepine effect as "other conditions contributing but NOT RELATED to the immidiate cause of death", that means, NOT directly responsible for MJ´s "death".
According to the AR, the dosage should have been lethal, but if we look at the mentioned amounts, we can determine, it does NOT fit in with the alleged administered dose of 25 mg, many hours before death was pronounced.
As far as I know, the prosecution didn´t refer to "dangerous in it´s nature to human life", but to the second part of the legal definition....
".....or was done with reckless disregard for human life."
It´s a very subjective formulation, so we need to ask, how is "reckless" defined.

"In both negligence and criminal cases, careless to the point of being heedless of the consequences ("grossly" negligent). Most commonly this refers to the traffic misdemeanor "reckless driving." It can also refer to use of firearms (shooting a gun in public place), explosives, or heavy equipment."
So....Dr. Murray was reckless in his dealing with the drugs/medications and didn´t care for the possible consequences, because he administered too much?
No, he did not, because neither the administered combintion of drugs nor the dosage of Propofol (25 mg) were lethal!
Dr. Murray was reckless in dealing with the location, because he administered Propofol in a non-hospital setting?
NO, as a physician he has every right to use the drug at home, as long as he knows it´s actions and interactions with other drugs, (according to the ASA, the American Society of Anesthesiologists), and as long as he takes care for the necessary monitoring measures to take actions in case of an emergency.
There´s a big difference between just sedation and general anesthesia, and therefore different kinds of care are mandatory.
For sedation the patient´s monitoring by pulse oximeter and controlling of blood pressure is required. Did Dr. Murray care for MJ in the required way?
YES, he did, and it´s proven by the seized items from the alleged crime scene, also by his own statement in the LAPD interview.

"Third, the person either knew that such conduct was a threat to the lives of others or knew of circumstances that would reasonably cause the person to foresee that such conduct might be a threat to the lives of others."
A threat for life, known by the person, who caused the death....did Dr. Murray know, that administering the mentioned drugs could kill MJ? Maybe, because every administration of any kind of drugs could be dangerous for a patient´s life. From that point of view, we have to determine, he might have known, BUT he should have administered the same dosage three days before June 25, and MJ didn´t "die"....what´s not possible, by the way....because either a dosage is lethal or not, and if we trust the AR about the alleged "lethal dose of Propofol" (25 mg), then MJ must have "died" three days before June 25! And proving a person´s knowledge of something is a subjective matter of fact and therefore hard to prove, although one could assume, a physician should know such medical facts.

Now we have to consider three points.....the government can prove, that MJ "died" as a result of an act by a person, according to the Autopsy Report, but the act was neither dangerous by it´s nature nor done with reckless disregard for human life. And it´s just a subjective state of affairs to prove a person´s knowledge of the current circumstances, the knowledge about the act, which could have caused the death.
Interesting, isn´t it? ;)

Roger Friedman article about MJ´s voice....

Hello friends,

a wonderful friend of mine did send me an article from Roger Friedman, which I want to share with you! (Thank you, LunaJo, much love!)

FRIEDMAN:
Michael Jackson: There Is Concrete Proof He Sang the New Songs
By: Roger Friedman in Music // November 10th, 2010 at 1:47 AM UTC

The fans are worried that Michael Jackson's new songs--recorded in 2007 at the New Jersey home studio of family friends--aren't his.
The "Cascio tracks" have caused an uproar. On the planned "Michael" album set for December 14th release, there will be three: "Breaking News," "Monster," and "Keep Your Head Up." (I've heard the latter song, and it's quite wonderful.)
I am told that in addition to forensic tests on the songs to make sure the vocals are Michael's, Sony sources say Eddie Cascio has provided notes written on lyric sheets in Michael's unmistakable handwriting. (Of course, they can always call in Helena Bonham Carter's aunt--see yesterday's column.)
Sources tell me there's plenty of proof left behind by Michael that he provided the vocals on 12 tracks. Michael wasn't just sitting around that whole time in the studio. He worked on the songs, and there's evidence of it in the notations.
Some of the confusion on the currently streaming "Breaking News" may exist because Michael provided "guide" vocals on the tracks. He didn't record back up vocals or anything else that would embellish a regular recording. Producers have added back up singing and instrumentals to flesh the records out.
Michael also never finished or polished up the tracks. What's been done to them is similar to what was applied to the song "This Is It." Jackson had left just a one track vocal with a piano playing in the background. John McClain added background vocals from Michael's brothers and other musical elements to give the track life.
Also included on the new album: three songs produced by a hot new producer-writer named Nephew. One of them, which I've heard, is called "Best of Joy." It's a lovely ballad. And ironic--that Michael's nephews are causing so much dissent over the album because their songs weren't used, but three by someone actually named Nephew were. Weird.

I´d say, another interesting part of the puzzle, or better said, another opinion to cause confusion...or not? ;)

Have a great day! :)

Teddy Riley Radio Interview....

Teddy Riley gave a radio interview yesterday....here´s part of the transcript!

Host: What started this whole situation is that a new Michael Jackson album is going to be coming to stores in t...he fourth quarter by Sony/Epic, and the Jackson family has come out publicly and said that these tracks are fake, they are in fact not Michael Jackson songs, and................. So I was like "Let's call Teddy and ask Teddy, because he might know!"

Teddy Riley: This is my first interview about this record. Take everything that I'm saying seriously. For so long, there has been a lot of bickering over my friend. And I am a true friend to Michael Jackson. I came on this project, and this record ("Breaking News") is coming out tomorrow. I still haven't gotten paid for this project.

Host: WHAT??!!!

Teddy Riley: Because I did it for Michael Jackson! Not Sony, and not the family! OK? I don't want to put anybody on Front Street, but just understand what I'm saying and you can all read between the lines. (Note: To put somebody on "Front Street" means to "call someone out or put them in an embarrassing position".) Everyone, including who we're talking about, is bickering and fighting over Michael. It's unimportant. What's important is keeping his legacy going. These vocals are Michael Jackson. All of the people who've really been in the studio with Michael for 20 years, all the professionals, and a musicologist, went in, and they all say it's Michael, including me. We've worked with Michael. We've been in the studio with Michael. There's been times when Michael didn't want to be around either family or friends. Read between the lines. None of them have been in the studio with Michael in 25 years. None of them! Exclude Sony. Let's go to all the people who stayed with Michael, like Michael Prince, who's Michael's right arm. Like Brad Buxter, the guy who always records Michael. All of these people know Michael's voice. On this album, I'm called "the Finisher" because I'm always called at the end of Michael's projects. Michael always called me at the end. "Invincible", I was called at the end. "HIStory", I was called at the end. And including "Dangerous", I was called at the end, and wound up taking at least 40%, 50% of the album.

Host: Which is true, because I remember you told me, you were like "Nate, I'm gonna call you at the end, because Michael calls me at the end so we can work on a record."

Teddy Riley: I'm called at the end of every project, and they called at the end of this project because they couldn't really distinguish what's going on. Because all of the producers, well, some of the producers on this project never really worked with Michael, so they couldn't really figure it out. Basically, what they were doing was just remixes. They weren't really figuring out like "This is what Michael would really want." So when you hear this record, and you hear the records that I've worked on, all of a sudden it's my records that are being scrutinized. It is Michael. And the person who is really trying to screw this all up, his initials are J.M. We know who J.M. is. He's stirring it up because he challenged me on this record. He mixed the same records. Now this is the guy who is the head of the estate. And he challenged me because I worked in the studio and I said "I can't work in here. I'm not comfortable." And when I left the studio, he assigned another producer to mix the same songs that I was working on, and my songs beat him. Now all of a sudden "it's not Michael's voice." Why? Because his songs did not make it.

Teddy Riley: Yes, it is! And the thing about it is, they will lose! Let's go to court! Let's really put it on Front Street. The whole family, the estate, everything will be on Front Street, a...nd then all the truth will come out, and then you'll see who's right and who's wrong. It's been going on for so long. Michael is the greatest entertainer, the greatest person in the whole, wide world. Why would you want to do that to your own family? Let the legacy live!

Host : What is your take in the album being released at all? Because there's some controversy in that, almost.

Teddy Riley: My take on it is its keeping the legacy going! How are we going to keep Michael Jackson the greatest when he has so many things, like -- he has records for days! (Note: "for days" means "the possession of a large quantity of something that will last a prolonged period of time".) He has about, what I'd say, what I heard with my own ears, is at least 50 records. Now a lot of them, all he would do is go in and do the first verse, and the chorus, and he would not do a second verse. It's just to get the idea down. So the next album that's coming, and I don't want to say too much, but the next album that's coming is a duet album that's going to be with a lot of great artists, because he only did first verses.

Host: Please tell me that Nikki Minaj won't be on this project! Or Drake! (Note: they are two up and coming hip-hop artists.)

Teddy Riley: No, like I said, it will be great artists, and artists that have substance. Artists that are very, very creative but great. Anybody from that camp. It will probably be, maybe be Lil' Wayne or Drake if they keep their substance going.

Host: That'd be crazy Michael Jackson featuring Lil' Wayne! That would be crazy!

Teddy Riley: It's gotta be really, really -- and I'm gonna be a part of that because of my contributions, even to this record. My contributions to this record is not for Sony, it's not for anyone! It's for Michael! The proof is in the pudding. I haven't even gotten a contract.

Teddy Riley: I haven't even gotten a contract.

Host: And they are releasing it tomorrow? So how are you going to handle this?
...
Teddy Riley: They're streaming it tomorrow, and people will tell you, I came on this project because of Michael. Not anyone else. So when you tell me, and this is what this gentleman told me, "Come on this project, I got you, don't worry about it, dada - dada - da", it was for him to put his name on my records with me. He wanted some production credit!

Host: So I take it you have your attorneys on it ready for tomorrow?

Teddy Riley: No question! My attorney is the greatest attorney in Atlanta. He's got his own street. He's got his own boulevard. So of course I'm not worried about anything! He's the best guy. So I'm not worried about that. All I'm worried about is my friend having a great album. So what I did is, I started the first song. And when I started the first song, they thought I was going to be like all of the other producers, taking about 5 days, or 6 days. No, I took 5 hours, and finished the first song. So when I finished the first song, they thought I was just going to come on and do one song, because a lot of those producers, they spent months on one song. Me, I came in and did it in 5 hours, because I knew! I had sounds that Michael made us go and sample. He made us go -- that was his thing, he was about sounds. So made us go out in the wilderness, and sample the lions, and his zoo, and all of this stuff we had to do. Like back in the day when they had these stereo DAT players, he made us go out there and take our DAT players. He bought it for a purpose for us; To go out and sample sounds! We went out to his zoo at Neverland, and we're sampling these doggone wild animals, and one of these animals tried to get out of the cage on us. But that's another story to tell! But all this stuff, it's because it's just so much friction, and people just don't understand, the family, everyone needs to keep this legacy going. Everyone always says "Elvis is still alive!" Well, you're killing Michael, and he's already dead!!

Host: Let me ask you this question: what's your take on the fuss over Michael Jackson when he was alive, and the fuss over him now that he's gone? I'm disgusted by it personally.

Teddy Riley: I'm disgusted by both, while he was alive, and now you're trying to step on him while he's dead!

Host: This man single handedly made some of the biggest records in music, and I understand what the industry is, everybody wants something from you, of course, but with Michael it just seemed to be blatantly disgusting in how people were just obviously out to get him.
Teddy Riley: There are some things that I really, really want to say, but I can't say it because tomorrow is the day that I have to let you guys know that all of this is going on, and it's all about money.

Host: And there's so much of it!

Ted...dy Riley: And the thing about it is, everyone is in it for the wrong reasons! Their intentions are wrong.

Host: Teddy, I have a question: when you were going back and recreating this, and putting it together, how did you feel emotionally, hearing Michael's vocals, and having to do it at this particular time, without him being in the studio with you? How did that feel?

Teddy Riley: Listen, I did everything under the sun. I cried. I sat. I would come in one day, and said "The only thing that would make me feel that Michael is here with me....", and I called his photographer, who is now my photographer, his name is Harrison Funk. Harrison Funk did, I would say, 80% of all of the pictures that you've ever seen of Michael. And I asked him to come in and bring all of the pictures that he has of Michael, and I had pictures of him around the whole studio. What you'll probably see in all the videos I've done, if we do a documentary on it, you'll pictures of Michael in the studio, all over the studio, so that I could feel like he's a room with me. That was the only thing to keep me sane, and not go crazy while I'm working on this music. Because, you know, it would come out on the music if you hear me banging on the keyboards with tears coming out of my eyes.

Host: I could imagine! I just have one more question: when this whole thing went down, and I thought about the drug abuse, and just everything, and the reasons why he's not here, and what not, it really kind of made me mad, and me having brothers that were drug abusers as well. I know I sort of did everything I could to prevent it from happening. Do you feel like everything was done to prevent this or get him help? I just felt like no one was there, you know? You start off, you have your family around you, and then somehow you sort of lose touch. And I remember hearing Janet saying she didn't talk to her brother in a year, and I'm thinking "I could never not talk to my brother in a whole year!" How does that happen?

Teddy Riley: But that's happens. Michael has been really so out of touch with certain people, and I'll say what is true about him: if someone knew about certain things that he would do that were against him, that he shouldn't be doing, he... would exit them, and that's the reason why I was more of a friend that would stay around him so he wouldn't do it around me. He would not do it around his friends, or he wouldn't do it around family. As much as we would stay around, he doesn't mind the company, because he loves company. See, as long as a friend is around, he would not do it. He would stay there and take the pain because he was in a lot of pain. That pain from his skin disorder, and there was so much going on with Michael, where he was in a lot of pain, that he felt like he had to do the drugs. But if somebody was around, he wouldn't exit them, he would just stay, he would not do what he had to do.

Host: He would make the sacrifice of not doing............

Teddy Riley: He would make the sacrifice. There you go.

Host: I have one last question: Do you think conspiracy, or non-conspiracy?

Teddy Riley: Definitely conspiracy!

Host: There it is! Let's flush it out a little more! What do you mean by that?

Teddy Riley: I'll have to say it like this: it's been a conspiracy from..........I can't directly say it............I signed a Non-Disclosure on what I could not say, but understand that there's been a conspiracy from A to Z! Because there are people who are doing this for the good, because they're doing it for the good of the children. And there are people who are stopping it because they feel the good of the children is not in their best interest.

Host: Do you think his death was a conspiracy too?

Teddy riley: Oh god........

The Jackson family on Oprah....

The yesterday´s Oprah interview with the Jackson family on their compound in Encino....emotional, sometimes heartbreaking, but always honest?
To make it clear, I admire Mrs. Katherine Jackson for her gorgeous character, for her sensible heart, for her power and many more things. Raising nine children under unpleasant circumstances in Gary/Indiana means a lot of dispensation with nearly everything, means the most possible power to handle every situation, just means to have a golden heart and unconditional love.
I take my hat off to Mrs. Katherine Jackson!

The interview gave me a new point of view to evaluate the current circumstances of MJ´s life and "death". Her loving mother´s heart might not be objective, of course not, and she herself admitted "a mother always thinks, her child is the most beautiful in the world".....nevertheless, it was wonderful to hear her speaking of MJ as a complete normal boy and man.
What made me wonder a bit, I´ve read a lot of posts on twitter, which showed real astonishment about MJ being just normal! What is he supposed to be? Just the King of Pop? A superhero? ;)

Mrs. Jacksons´s tears got me, she cried while talking about MJ´s really hard time during the 2005 trial, how much he suffered from the false allegations, that he lost hope and didn´t trust anybody after that.
Regardless the emotions, which I really shared at that point, and regardless Mrs. Jackson´s wonderful attitude, to me she seemed more emotional speaking about the trial than about june 25, 2009.....
Oprah´s question..."was is a shock?....june 25?" was more than childish, what did she expect her to answer? Ö_ö
I recognized Mrs. Jackson´s emotions and that she was deeply moved speaking about this day, but honestly, I missed the deep emotions, I saw before, while speaking about MJ´s horrible trial....
Maybe it´s just me, but could it be possible, just possible, that her emotions came from the thought, what would happen, if MJ would really die???
Everybody is most likely scared of thinking of a beloved person´s death, that´s a normal human reaction. And just realizing such a fact can bring tears into one´s eyes......just saying. ;)

Mrs. Jackson said, it was "someone", who called her first and told her, MJ would have been brought to hospital, she should come to UCLA. And then it should have been Joseph Jackson, who called her....he should have told her, there was an ambulance at MJ´s rented mansion in Holmby Hills, and that "his complete body was covered with a sheet".....really???
As far as I know, Joe should have gotten a call from a fan, while being in Las Vegas, he wasn´t the first one who knew about MJ´s alleged situation.
And MJ´s body was fully covered with a sheet???? Like he was dead??? So, all the attempts of resuscitation, done at the UCLA, must have been done on a dead body, although physicians at the ER should recognize, if CPR would make sense or not....Ö_ö

The next thing, I tripped over, was Mrs. Jackson´s statement, who told her, MJ was dead....Dr. Murray! As opposed to this, Frank DiLeo told another version, when he was interviewed by Larry King on "LKL" on august 4, 2009....

KING: "You had to tell the children?"

DILEO: "I had to tell Katherine first. And I told her with a doctor and a social worker. And it was pretty emotional. She grabbed me and cried and we hugged and cried together. And then I had to tell the children."

'A pretty emotional situation', so described from Mr. DiLeo, hugging Mrs. Jackson, crying with her, but she doesn´t remember? Dont´get me wrong, I´m not judging, I just reconsider some facts. Make your own conclusion! ;)

I refuse commenting on the kid´s reaction to Oprah´s questions....only one little thought....wonderful kids, who learned very much from their father! ;)

A last word about Oprah, I´m insensible to her, as for me, most of her questions were useless. But I admire the kids, especially Paris, for putting Oprah in her place by telling her, what a wonderful and normal dad MJ is....! Bravo, Paris!

This interview reminded me of the interview, Oprah did with Lisa Marie Presley some days ago, and I got the same impression....nothing was live, everything was recorded, and we will never know, what was real and what was not!

Have a great day! :)

"Breaking News" and flying tempers...

Good morning, my friends,

I´m sure, nearly everyone of you did listen to the new song "Breaking News", published by Sony.
Just found this post on twitter....

On Monday 8th November 2010, said:
to all the mj fans... regarding the song "Breaking News" i am so sorry you have to deal with this. my Uncle loved you so much and would not want it this way. however there are songs that ARE my uncle singing on the upcoming album and I will support those 100% but I will not support "Breaking News" and a few others because it simply is not him. they tried to fool me and they tried to fool you. i told them it would never happen.

Taryll Jackson in the know.....interesting! ;) Obviously everyone of the Jackson family seems to be involved in MJ´s new album and his songs.
Doesn´t it sound a bit "arranged" to you? Just asking.... ;)

Remember, when "This is it" came out? There was a hot discussion about body doubles, and Joe Jackson claimed, he wouldn´t watch the movie, because it´s not all MJ. And now we have the same dicussion about MJ´s voice!

TJ Jackson: "Sounds like Jason Malachi to me too. The vibrato is a dead give away that it's not my uncle. Fans, I am so sorry you were put through this."

The next one, who´s claiming to know the truth....I wonder, where this all will lead us to!
As hard as it might sound, but didn´t you realize, that now, after june 25, 2009, nearly everybody is interested in a Jackson family member´s opinion?
They all gain so much attention, they must have dreamed of for years!
I don´t say, there weren´t still fans of them, I´d never do so, but it´s interesting to see, how much attention Jackie Jackson´s new song "We know, what´s going on" is getting....
And now it´s about MJ´s new album....think about it! ;)

The best promotion, a song or an album can get....... it´s MJ´s voice, it´s not MJ´s voice....it´s a big deal, simply priceless! What more could someone expect than that?

Oh, and I don´t know, how many times I´ve read "I love you more" from different Jackson family members....does it remind you of someone?

Have a good day! :)
